After the sudden death of his young bride, Nenad travels with his father-in-law to Montenegro for the funeral. In the unfamiliar landscape of his wife's homeland, he is confronted by a different culture, a raw way of life, and the burden of grief. What begins as a journey of mourning soon becomes a deeper odyssey of identity, loss, and acceptance, a collision of two worlds and a man's struggle to reconcile the past with the unforgiving present.
