CIA agent Liz Wade joins a joint American and Serbian task force sent to recover a crashed U.S. military satellite somewhere in Serbia. Upon reaching the impact site, the team discovers that the satellite is gone and that something far more dangerous has returned from space. As they race against time to uncover the truth, they must confront an ancient force capable of bringing about humanity's destruction.
