In a small Serbian village on the Danube, six Russian women arrive and cross paths with six local men, among them a bell maker chasing the perfect "blue tone" and a fashion designer returning from Paris to his hometown. Between eccentric dreams, new desires, and quiet nostalgia, love begins to bloom to the rhythm of the tango, a sad thought that is danced.
